John is a highly experienced architect with over 20 years of professional experience. He earned a BSc. in Architecture from Edo State University and furthered his education with an Advanced Certificate in Project Management from the University of Lagos.

He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Johnzzini Construction Ltd where he has completed numerous projects of various scales in Lagos.

Lead Structural Engineer

Oluwaseyi is a qualified and exceptional structural engineer. He holds a HND in Civil and Structural Engineering from Yaba College of Technology and a BEng. in Civil Engineering from Federal University Oye Ekiti.

He has served as the Project lead Engineer in Modelxcape Africa and the Senior Structural Engineer in Dezyns & Structures Ltd.

Executive Director

Olorunwa has over 16 years of construction experience as he has developed over 50 properties in upscale neighborhoods such as Banana Island, Nicon Town and Lekki Phase 1. He gained invaluable skills in Construction and Project Management overseeing the aforementioned projects.

Non-Executive Director

Joshua is a legal professional with over 9 years of experience as a barrister and solicitor. He earned an LLB from the University of Hull and has been called to the Nigerian Bar.

He started his career at the prestigious Banwo and Ighodalo LLP. Thereafter, he served as a director in a number of companies such as Emu Bakery Ltd. Joshua has also served as a legal adviser in numerous real estate transactions for commercial and individual clients.
